My eternal love for kitchen world recipes have taken me to experiment with various different dishes that have luckily turned out surprisingly good ;-)

Four years ago my life changed after being a #peta video where it showed how animals suffer to make it to our plate. I now enjoy being 90% vegetarian, and I want to share that with all of you. I cook for fun, with love and passion for making the best out of the veggies I choose to put in my plate. Cocina de la Coneja is about being healthy by choosing only low-non fat ingredients that are beneficial to our body, as well as to being kind to animals. My kitchen was born while having fun playing with different ingredients and world recipes and from dedicating the time to make it perfect and delicious. Being that said, I welcome you to my world of fun and mess ups too; after all, it wouldn\'t be fun at all if we didn\'t mess up a bit. Thank you for taking the time and I hope you enjoy it. La Coneja
