This site is the only site and the only restaurant in Cuenca dedicated to Thai Cuisine.

Your Chef Bodhi Kroll has been cooking since the age of 6. Growing up in Berkeley California he was surrounded by over 100 Thai restaurants. Once moving to Cuenca and realizing that his favorite cuisine was unavailable here he decided to rectify that situation and began importing the needed spices and sourcing what is needed to bring this most amazing cuisine to Cuenca. Located just 10 minutes from downtown Cuenca on a lovely 5 acre parcel he has also created one of the first Aquaponics Farms in the area. This allows him to create lettuce and herbs and trout on site. All of which is organic. Aquaponics systems are super clean and green organic food production systems where the fish water is food for the plants and the plants clean the water for the fish. This allows us to provide a hormone free, antibiotic free pesticide free fish and lettuce produced here on site!
